We really hope you can help us get the word out.
Scheduling booth time. There will be a couple of points in time where we will be pushing visitors to the general exhibitors area. I will confirm shortly exactly when.
However what I recommend for Mautic is we schedule at one or two points in the Agenda a “Mautic Experts: Ask Me Anything”.
We can then add this to the agenda from now, and drive traffic to your booth when manned at very specific times. This can be just one or two people or a panel of up to ten if you like. Visitors to your booth will see you live and if you want you can take questions in text chat or invite them to join you on screen.
I think this will be really popular. Im not sure how often you want to make someone available for this? Do you have anyone in APAC.. if not you may want to skip Sunday Night.
The primary focus would be the 22nd and 23rd.
The day of the 24th is actually private workshops and an entire day in the Dutch language. If you have anyone in the Netherlands/Belgium or other Dutch speaking communities let us know. We could schedule a special Dutch Q an A. Otherwise I would not be overly concerned with the 24th
However if you wished to offer some kind of practical Mautic workshop on the 24th that would work with the current agenda.
Speakers or Sessions. We are happy to host a panel session from Mautic, alternately we can place people from the agencies etc in other panels.
